“Recall Homesickness”, A large scale one-hundred episode documentary, elaborately plotted and made by Central Propaganda Department, was rolled out on CCTV-4 international program. The fourth episode was shot at Shiyanping Village in Zhangjiajie in a theme of “God rewards the diligent”. In this episode, massive historical culture and beautiful idyllic scenery of Shiyanping Village was presented in a panoramic way. This documentary vividly told story of villagers’ diligently cultivating and learning. This’s the first time that Zhangjiajie traditional village was presented to worldwide audience.
