The 8th Hunan Cuisine Gourmet Festival Unveils Its Curtain

Sauce pepper fish back, Double shot stowed whitebait, stream river shrimps burning… In the Golden Oct, The 8th Hunan Cuisine Gourmet Festival & 6th Yueyang Lake Fresh Food Culture Festival kicks of in Yueyang on Oct 26th. Lili Fishing Port, Big Pot and Yueyang Outlets and other 40 mainstream catering restaurants present a series of activities that are featured with lake fresh foods. The gourmet festival will last until the end of Oct.

Sponsored by Hunan Commercial Office, Hunan Daily Newspaper Group, Yueyang Government and Hunan Catering Association, The festival is aimed to discover the new connotation of Hunan cuisine and recommend the gourmet culture of lake fresh food, by based on the traditional Hunan cuisine. During the event, Dongting lake fresh special catering companies co-present “Dongting all-fish banquet”–The special cuisine for free taste, and other major mainstream catering companies also present a series of preferential activities. The festival is featured by “Dongting eight treasures”–The delicious and cheap lake fresh food, enabling the citizens to enjoy the lake fresh food of Dongting Lake.
