On August 13, the “Hello! China” 2025 Asian Travel Agents China Tour · Zhangjiajie Stop officially launched. Thirty leading travel agents from seven countries, including Japan and South Korea, embarked on a three-day in-depth exploration of Zhangjiajie.
During the event, the travel agents visited iconic sites such as Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain, experienced unique transportation like the Bailong Elevator and Tianzi Mountain Cableway, and enjoyed performances such as Charming Xiangxi and Tianmen Fox Fairy. They immersed themselves in Zhangjiajie’s breathtaking natural landscapes and rich, distinctive folk culture.
As the crown jewel of Hunan’s tourism, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is regarded as Hunan’s window to the world, a welcoming parlor, and a beautiful calling card. With its “three thousand peculiar peaks and eight hundred pristine waters,” it has become an iconic destination for international visitors. From January to July this year, Zhangjiajie welcomed 722,000 inbound tourists, a 14.2% increase year-on-year, continuing to lead comparable cities nationwide.
Hosted by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and co-organized by the Zhangjiajie Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television, and Sports Bureau and Ctrip Group, the event aims to promote Zhangjiajie’s premium tourism routes to the Asian market through on-site inspections and cultural experiences, further advancing the high-quality development of inbound tourism.
