New, strict and standardized service system for roads’ cleaning, employees’ manner, emergency dealing and even cleaning tools’ laying had been formulated for the management of the Yellowstone Village and were passed by the QTS of Zhangjiajie. Now it is putting into use during the Golden Week starting with the National Day.
The Yellowstone Village scenic spot had taken into account the experience and exploring of rules and regulations, responsibility of each position, working process, and service quality monitoring, and then formulated the draft of this system. Moreover, the rules and regulations involved in the system were published via pamphlets and now are in hand of every employee to ensure the implementation.
“The formulation of this standardized system for cleaning and emergency dealing”, said the manager of this spot “is to make a habit of following the rules and regulations while working. And let the high service quality light up the brand of Yellowstone Village and so as to make it more international.”
