According to the news from Securities Times released on September 16th, After the check and verification by the commodity price department, the cable car ticket of Wulingyuan Yangjiajie is priced at 76RMB per person and the preferential price is 46RMB per person, with a trail period of one year.
As the third passenger ropeway in Wulingyuan, Yangjiajie ropeway was constructed by Zhangjiajie Yangjiajie ropeway CO.,ltd, with a whole length of 1,971 meters and a total investment of 170 million RMB. The upper station is located in Ba lipo of Yangjiajie scenic spot and the lower station in Yexipu village of Wulingyuan. After its settlement, the operation time for single-trip is about five minutes with the biggest transport capacity of 2,000 per hour. The ropeway was started on December 8th, 2012 and will begin its official operation at the beginning of 2014.
Due to the vital geographic postion of Yangjiajie, the ropeway will add three new special high-end travel routes: Yangjiajie-Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie-Tianzi Mount and Yangjiajie-Huangshi Village for Wulingyuan. Besides, it will distribute the tourists number during the travel peak and initiate “Go-west campaign” for Wulingyuan.
