On April 24th, Taiwan and zhangjiajie realize direct flight, which cutting down the time of arriving in zhangjiajie for Taiwanese tourists, Thus Direct Flight Prompted Wulingyuan Tourism.
Nearly three years, Zhangjiajie has increased publicity in Taiwan market, set up the zhangjiajie travel image store in Taipei, organized good zhangjiajie tour group to visit Taiwan, and invited Taiwan traveling salesman to zhangjiajie, effectively improving the visibility and reputation of zhangjiajie. According to statistics, the number of Taiwan tourist who went to zhangjiajie has reached to 150000 in 2012, and Taiwan becomes one of the major overseas markets to zhangjiajie.
Direct flights will also lead more enterprises to invest in zhangjiajie. At present, 28 Taiwanese investment enterprises locates in zhangjiajie. Only in wulingyuan, there has five investment projects, such as huangshi village cableway, Taiwan village,and so on.
