Centered on Changsha Tongguan Kiln Park, a distinctive village full of Tang dynasty flavor will be built in Caitaoyuan Village of Wangcheng District. A nationally unique ancient town travel spot will therefore be developed by integrating the village with Tongguan Ancient Town, Jinggang Ancient Town and Qiaokou Fishing Town.
As a key unit under the state protection, over 60 million yuan has been invested in this park to build Changshayao Street, ancient-look workshops and the exhibition hall of culture heritage. At the core area of the relic site, a series of projects on environmental improvement have been carried out, including land and road administration as well as office building renovation.
The park is scheduled to open to the public at the end of the year. In the near future, tourists will be able to stand here to view the Xiangjiang River and the relic site, appreciate the scenery and listen to the exquisite symphonic of nature and history.
