From 6:00 to 18:00 on September 22, cars under 7 seats (apart from taxis, police cars, ambulances and school buses) with even tail numbers on car plate are forbidden to travel in the area surrounded by the East 2nd Ring Road, South 2nd Ring Road, Xiangjiang Road and Sany Avenue, the Orange Islet Bridge and the Xiangjiang Tunnel of Yingpan Road; those cars are also not allowed to travel in the area among Furong Road, Laodong Road, Xiangjiang Road and Wuyi Avenue.
