On the morning of Nov. 30, the sixth China (Hunan) International Food Expo kicked off at Hunan International Conference and Exhibition Center. Over 20 thousand kinds of delicious food from home and abroad exhibited at the expo were well received by visitors.
Themed as "Green, Healthy and Safe", the expo is sponsored by Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in Hunan. The exhibition covers an area of 22 thousand square meters, with over 700 booths (22 specially decorated ones included). More than 400 well-known and representative food enterprises attended the exhibition, including Taiwan enterprises with over 30 delicate snacks. Besides, various products from many countries such as French red wine, Spanish olive oil, Korean nori, and Malaysian white coffee were exhibited at the expo.
The exhibited products are mainly divided into tea, white coffee, imported red wine, distilled spirit, fruit wine, grain and oil, and snack, which showed the theme of green, healthy and safe. The event will last till December 3, and the citizens can visit the expo for free.
