On the morning of December 3, 2012, Macrolink Group together with Creat, Delixi, Nanxiang, and Beijing Xingpai Groups signed a cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Yanling County in Changsha Huatian Hotel, to register a total investment of 10 billion Yuan for the construction of Shennong Valley International Cultural Tourist Resort.
The project includes focus on several scenic areas such as Shennong Valley, Dayuan, and Lishuzhou. A series of sub-projects featuring high-end cultural travel, leisure, and health & fitness will be undertaken, such as the original ecological hotel, Shennong (Yan Emperor) Culture Museum, and artistic creation base.
On behalf of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, Vice Governor Hunan Province, He Baoxiang congratulated the investors. He hoped that Shennong Valley International Cultural Tourist Resort will develop into a world-class project to elevate the travel image of Yanling and propel the development of its travel industry. He pointed out that as the burial place of Shennong and the land of "Two-Oriented" Society undertakings, Yanling should take efforts in promoting this construction effectively and developing more and better travel products with an international and strategic view.
