With great pleasure we would like to invite you to participate in the “2011 Zhangjiajie Country Music Festival” to be held in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie City, China from September 10 till 18th, 2011. The 2011 Zhangjiajie Country Music Festival, is approved by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China, hosted by Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Zhangjiajie Municipal Government, and organized by Huanglongdong Investment Co. Ltd. Based on the success of "2009 Country Music Week in Zhangjiajie ",All outstanding folk music groups, wordwidely or domestically, are warmly welcome to the music week to performance on the stage here in this amazingly beautiful countryside of Wulingyuan which was selected as first world natural heritage in China, one of first geophysical parks and one of first national scenic spots Grade 5A. This great occasion will be broadcasted globally over CCTV, and on internet. For this music week, we will provide accommodation for you and 3 meals a day per person.
We will also provide inland transpotation for the purpose during the music week.
We will arrange health and accident insurance for the period of the music week in China only, on condition that the participant of the group are all in good health when undertaking the tour. The group, for its part, will have to complete an application form, and return it to us together with the group information( group profile, photos, audiovisual materials, and program information), no later than April 30,2011. We will send you a confirmation letter and more information about the music week upon receiving your application.
