The first China (Dehang) International Mountain Tourism Festival will be held from August 5 to 7 at Dehang Canyon of Jishou City in the western Hunan.
This festival will include a variety of activities such as the nation's largest non-power gliding challenge, outdoor triathlon race, international mountain bike race, challenge for walking across the canyon with load and summer camping carnival. The event received wide concern and favor of national tourist experts and netizens. 5,000 outdoor enthusiasts gathered in Dehang Scenic Spot and held a public benefit activity to aid students.
The guests and tour pals who attend this festival can also go drifting and canyoning to enjoy a cool summer in Dehang; in addition, they can experience original folk customs and visit Dehang Scenic Spot for free.
