In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the launch of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China National Philatelic Corporation (CNPC) held a premiere of China Tourist Passport Stamp Series at the park on September 11.
It is said that this is CNPC's first attempt to develop travel reacted philatelic items. Series No. 1 presents charm of Zhangjiajie bearing the title "China Tourist Passport Stamp Series -Zhangjiajie".
This "travel passport" contains pictures of 10 characteristic flower stamps illustrated with photos of 10 classic tourist attractions in Zhangjiajie e.g. Yellow Stone Valley. This portable product would satisfy tourists' desire to share unrivalled natural scenery of Zhangjiajie with friends and families anywhere. It's also expected to play an active role in promoting travel of this beautiful city throughout the world.
