The Changsha Municipal People’s Government and the Singapore Construction Bureau signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on green building and green ecological city construction on August 16. According to the MOU, both parties will carry out extensive exchange and cooperation in such fields as city planning, ecological city construction, technology promotion and application of green building.
Through the promotion of communication, training, technology introduction and cooperation in demonstrative project development, the two sides will share the modern concept and technology in green construction to promote Changsha’s capability of green construction and green ecological city planning.
