Centre-Val de Loire Promotes Travel in Hunan

A Hunan- Centre-Val de Loire Tourism Promotion was held in Changsha on July 12, 2017. The two parties presented their travel resources, and reached a cooperation memorandum.

Hunan Vice Governor He Baoxiang, Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council President François Bonneau, and Vice President Christelle De Crémiers, attended.

Centre-Val de Loire, one of the 18 administrative regions of France, is a major travel destination only second to Parisian Region (Île-de-France). More than 300 châteaux, listed as the World Cultural Heritages by the UNESCO, win the region the title of “The Valley of the Kings”. Nine million tourists from all over the world come here every year.

Vice Governor He expressed great expectation for Hunan and Centre-Val de Loire cooperation. He hoped that the two sides will deepen collaboration in travel products and tourist exchanges.

The French guests displayed picturesque scenery of the region which attracted a number of Hunan travel agencies. Meanwhile, Hunan’s abundant travel resources also deeply impressed the guests.
