According to the Reuters, in order to celebrate the upcoming of the World Earth Day, the global well-known travel website in US–Cheapflights.com selected the World’s Top Ten Charm Forests, including Zhangjiajie National Forest Park on the list.
The top ten charm forests are Poland Bending Forest, Japan cragginess and wild bamboo forest, the black forest in Germany and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and so on. Among the world’s top ten charm forests, various marvelous landscapes differ from the luxuriantly green tropical rain forests to the ancient forests, displaying the mystery of natural beauty.
In the passage, it says that Zhangjiajie is the first national forest park in China, belonging to national geopark. Besides, it also introduces Zhangjiajie’s peculiar geological features and picturesque scenery and Zhangjiajie is China’s only forest park included in the list and one of the two selected major forests in Asia.
