Zhangjiajie Hotline 12315 Was Used by Tourists to Consult rather than Complain

According to the statistics provided by the 12315 Focal Point for Consumer’s Rights of Zhangjiajie Industrial and Commercial Bureau, this point adopted the system of 24 hours online from September 30 to October 7, 2012. Among 263 calls, 235 were for consulting about local travel information while 28 for complain, which concerning unreasonable sum of 70,583 RMB of which 60,889 has been redeemed.

It seemed 19 calls were from tourists and mainly for five aspects known as food, living condition, transportation, tour, and shopping. Notwithstanding, among the entire, 125 were for consulting and 110 for appealing during this Golden Week. And tourists consulted mostly for where to park, the information of tourists facilities among all sightseeing spots, and services like reserving hotels online.
