Zhangjiajie Tour Guide Special Fund was jointly initiated by 8 major scenic spot enterprises in Zhangjiajie, such as Zhangjiajie Tourism Group, Tianzi Mountain Ropeway, Tianmen Mountain, Baofeng Lake and so on. Funds mainly depends on spontaneous donation from the sponsor, social subject, funds interest and other legitimate income. Besides, the sponsor should donate at least 1000 thousand yuan every year. Principal and interest are managed by its management committee, and supervised by Zhangjiajie Charity Federation and Zhangjiajie Tourism Association.
After the establishment, management committee will strive to diverse support in order to defuse problems for more tour guides.
