On October 22, 2018, Zhangjiajie held a travel promotion conference at Park Inn Hotel in New Delhi, India.
This promotion was led by Zhangjiajie Municipal Government, and jointly sponsored by China Economic Promotion Association of India and Zhangjiajie China Travel Service Co., Ltd.
This is the first promotion conference held in India since Zhangjiajie city was founded. This conference was attended by Secretary General of Indian Tourism Association, Mr. P. Vijayasarathy, and the relevant person in charge of Tourism Association, and the head of China Economic Promotion Association of India, relevant media, etc.More than 30 persons.At this promotion conference, Peng Hong, Head of the delegation of Zhangjiajie City and vice chairman of CPPCC National Committee, delivered a warm speech on behalf of the municipal government.Mr. P. Vijiayasarathy, Secretary General of the Indian Tourism Association, first welcomed Zhangjiajie delegation to New Delhi, and promised to organize members of the association to seriously connect with Zhangjiajie government and Zhangjiajie Travel Agency again, making Zhangjiajie a tourist destination for Indian nationals.
