On October 11, 2018, Yu Huaimin, party secretary and executive deputy director of Zhangjiajie Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, led a delegation to visit Kouvola, Finland. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on travel city management, travel market development, and ecological environmental protection. Subsequently, the two cities signed a memorandum of friendship.

After seriously watching Zhangjiajie propaganda film, she said that Zhangjiajie is a beautiful place. I am very much looking forward to visiting Zhangjiajie.
