On National Day, The first edition of Tourism law will take effect and civilized travel will be brought into tour contact. According to Da Bin, the dean of Chinese Tourism Academy, in an interview by forum on Making the Country Prosperous at people.com.cn, to further a civilized travel through law and administrative means will be more effective and faster.
Tourists are required to abide by civilized behavior regulations in the travel law. And recently, to put civilized travel into a tour contract to better rule tourists’ behavior is also proposed by the director of State Tourism Bureau. To be specific, Tourism Etiquette Rule for Chinese Citizens Travelling Abroad and Tourists Behavior Convention for Chinese travelling domestically are annexed to the contract.
