The Sixth Hunan Enterprise Culture Forum, co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Provincial People's Government, the Hunan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Hunan Federation of Trade Unions, was held in Changsha on December 30.
The forum showcased Hunan's enterprise culture achievements via presentations, exchanges, expert reviews, as well as interaction of entrepreneurs, and explored ways in nurturing an atmosphere of reform, building a consensus on reform, unleashing the vitality of reform, and better serving enterprises' reform efforts and development.
Chairwoman of the Hunan Federation of Trade Unions Liu Lianyu remarked that enterprise culture is an engine of the sound and sustainable advancement of an enterprise. She urged all enterprises to create the culture that features a consensus on reform, transformational development, and staff-oriented development to improve their culture soft power.
