Zhangjiajie is the site that the world natural heritage and world geo-park is located as well as the hometown of national and civil music and cultural arts. Setting up the platform of international country music is aimed to combine professional and folk country music, display and exchange with arts essences from different nations in the world, which can inherit and promote the arts of country music and enhance cultural exchanges. In an open posture, the music week welcomes all philharmonics to display their talents and exchange music, thus build Zhangjiajie into the holy land for international country music. In order to organize this event, the plan is as follows:
1.Time
August 31, 2013 to September 4. On August 31, the opening ceremony is held. The award party(closing ceremony) is kicked off on September 4, with three days for show tour from September 1 to September 3. August 30 and September 5 are the days for register and leaving respectively.
2.Location
The host place for the music week is in Zhangjiajie,Hunan. The opening ceremony is staged in ecological square of Yellow Dragon Cave, the greater theater of Tianmen Mount canyon for the award party(closing ceremony). The tour show is kicked off in ecological square of Yellow Dragon Cave, Bao feng lake, Tianzi Mount, Tianmen Mount, Xibu street, Laomowan and Shuiraosimen.

4.Institutional framework and assignment of responsibility
A specialized Institutional framework has been set up for the event–executive committee of 2013 Zhangjiajie international; country music week. The executive committee falls into the following sectors: outreach team, cooperative group for performance, news propaganda team, environment optimization team, guest reception group, security group, travel promotion team, live group and financial management group.

7.Activity scale
(1) Official invitation. The music week invites 24 overseas music groups from 23 countries (regions) for performing. At the same time, 6 Chinese performing teams have been invited. Every team includes 6 to 15 people, totaling 400. The executive organizers offer ground reception with overseas teams(including domestic air tickets, receptions in transferring city, ground reception in Zhangjiajie), and round-trip fees and ground reception in Zhangjiajie for domestic teams.
(2) Self-supporting participation,Non-official invitational teams or individual can apply via official applying channel. The organizing committee will issue permission after approval and arrange performing time and location. The numbers of self-supporting participants is not limited, but no reception is offered but hotel contact is provided.
(3)“Harley riders-going with music” invites about 200 Harley riders to come to the music week.
