The Thai Smile Airways, a subsidiary of the Thai Airways, held a promotion conference in Changsha on July 19, 2016. It will increase its Bangkok-Changsha flights from one trip every day to two trips, so as to meet increasing demands of both Chinese and Thailand tourists.

New Airbus 320-200 aircraft is used for the flights. Passengers can take non-stop flight to Bangkok, and also enjoy convenient transfer to other Thailand cities, and free consignment for not more than 20 kg checked baggage.

To attract Chinese tourists, Thai Smile Airways highlights four Thailand features, namely, picturesque scenery, delicious Thai food and local fruits, warm reception and service by air hosts and hostesses who speak fluent Chinese, and exciting place for shopping.

Beyond that, a mobile APP is designed for Chinese tourists, which enables passengers to book air tickets online. The economy class passengers may check in through both the official website and the APP.
