Philippines' Mayor of Kalookan,Oscar Marapidan delegation visited Zhangjiajie,On September 18, 2018, Liu Ge'an, deputy secretary of the Zhangjiajie Municipal Party Committee and mayor, cordially met with the delegation of Oscar Marapidtan. The two sides had a cordial conversation on strengthening and promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two cities and signed a letter of intent to establish a sister city. Leaders of Zhangjiajie City, Shan Zhufei and Ouyang Bin also attended this meeting.
After this meeting, the two cities signed a letter of intent on friendship city relations.
