On April 27, the Lanshan County People’s Government has signed contracts with Lanshan Bocheng Stone Industry Co., Ltd. and Lanshan Longping Stone Industry Co., Ltd. to develop stone industry. The two companies invest 200 million yuan and 50 million yuan respectively to engage in business on stone mining, processing, exhibition, trade, storage, logistics and e-commerce. Lanshan granite enjoys wide varieties and distribution. The discovered varieties which have been proved to be valuable include yinheqing (galaxy green) granite, granule granite, violet granite, dabaihua (big white flower), Lanshanhong (Lanshan red), and diamond blue, with a possible deposit of about 300 million cubic meters.
