On the evening of May 19, Li Lixi, deputy director of the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Hunan Province, met and feasted in Changsha a visiting entrepreneurs delegation from Hong Kong and Macao.
The delegation consists of 36 members, headed by Yin Desheng, permanent honorary president of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, Li Xiuheng, member of CPPCC National Committee and president of the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Association, and Deng Jintian, vice chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. The visitors include the honorary president, president and board members of the Hong Kong and Zhangjiajie Economic Promotion Association, which was instituted this year. All of them are well-known entrepreneurs or chairmen of chambers of commerce or associations in Hong Kong and Macao.
Li Lixi gave a brief introduction of Hunan to the guests and sincerely invited people from all walks of life in Hong Kong and Macao to Hunan for investment and travel, thus to promote common development of the three places.
Yin Desheng stated that in recent years, Hunan has undergone remarkable development and gradually turned into a transport hub in central China. Their trip will cement the ties among the three sides and reap more business opportunities in Hunan. The delegates are full of confidence about deepening cooperation with Hunan.
