Thai folk dance adds to the International Water-Sprinkling Festival in Changsha Window World.
The first International Water-Sprinkling Festival opened on June 30, at the World Window theme park in Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Province.
Outstanding dance troupes from Thailand were invited to entertain visitors with folk songs and dances. Water spraying system, water pistols, water monitors, as well as water floats surrounded the entire water-sprinkling area to add a refreshing and cool touch. Performers and visitors splash water on each other, turning the park into a joyful heaven escaping from the heat. The cooling spray system that covers an area of thousands of square meters and the scheduled “high-pressure-downpour” allow visitors to take pleasure in a cool and joyous cruise and experience Thai folk culture.
In addition, top Thai boxers compete every evening on the open-air stage. Highlights also include the traditional Buddha Bathing ceremony and Thai beer festival.
