In the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Changsha City, the 12345 Changsha residents’ hotline is being debugged on November 22.
From November 26, Changsha residents can dial 12345, the residents’ hotline, to voice their difficulties they meet. People outside Changsha, please add the area code 0731, and follow the voice prompt to make selections.
The office of the hotline is located in the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Changsha City. Telephone operators answer residents’ callings and record problems. They will reply timely to those questions that can be dealt with according to the information stored in the information base. Work orders will be generated for those questions that cannot be addressed promptly. The administrative officers will send these work orders to 108 member units to deal with and reply to.
During the pilot operation period, Changsha citizens can propose good ideas or suggestions on the construction of the platform when they are reflecting problems.
