On July 29th,Changsha Economic and Technology Development Zone(Changsha ETDZ) and Zhangjiajie Economic and Technology Development Zone(Zhangjiajie ETDZ) signs the strategic cooperative Frame agreement in Changsha, and after consultation, they consent to establish a national Zhangjiajie industrial park of Changsha ETDZ in Zhangjiajie ETDZ. Zhang yinchun, member of Changsha standing committee and deputy mayor, Xu xianhui, deputy secretary of municipal party committee of Zhangjiajie and deputy mayor and other relevant personnel attend the signing ceremony.
On the ceremony, on behalf of their own parties, Li mingke, the director of management committee of Changsha ETDZ, and Sheng lixin, party committee secretary of Zhangjiajie ETDZ sign the contract. The cooperative measurements embody the following:
1.Zhangjiajie industrial park of Changsha ETDZ enjoys the brand and relevant policy of Changsha ETDZ, and under the assistance of Changsha ETDZ on the planning and construction of the industrial park, both the two parties impel investment promotion and strengthen industrial cooperation, investment cooperation and personnel exchanges.
2.Changsha ETDZ is responsible in introducing the supporting companies that providing business and related business that is in line with the demand of Zhangjiajie ETDZ.
3.Mainly bring in and develop electronic information, food and beverage, new energy, new material and biological medicine, etc. There should be mutual understanding and recommendation in terms of investment promotion and lead relevant business to settle in Zhangjiajie ETDZ.
4.Personnel should be exchanged between the two parties on a suitable occasion, contacting in company development, investment promotion, financing and planning, etc.
During the ceremony, Yang guangrong, municipal standing committee of Zhangjiajie, and Xu xianhui, deputy secretary of municipal party committee of Zhangjiajie and deputy mayor meet with Zhang yinchun, member of Changsha standing committee and deputy mayor.
