2013 National Water-skiing Championship & Jet Ski Performance Contest will kick off in Hua tian Town sector of Lishui River of Zhangjiajie downtown on Nov 1st. over 200 athletes of 13 delegations from HK, Beijing, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Hunan and other places will take part in nine items, such as pattern, convolution, jump, triathlon, wakeboard, barefoot and combined events(Partner stunt, unique jumps and three groups).
According to the organizer, the preliminary match of the jet-ski contest embodies: cyclotron slide, jump slide, tail wave slide, slide on hand and kneel and speed skating slide and barefoot slide; on Nov 2nd, the opening ceremony of national jet-ski championship will be held and gripping water skiing stunt, water flying performance, air flying show, jet ski show and water skiing will be presented on the ceremony; at the same time, audience and guests present can experience the thrilling water skiing and water-motorboat show; on Nov 3rd, the water skiing final and motorboat performance final and the awarding ceremony will be held.
The settle-up of the 2013 National Water-skiing Championship & Jet Ski Performance Contest in Zhangjiajie for the first time is the organic combination of water skiing sports and the splendid scenery of world natural heritages, which plays a vital role in enhancing Zhangjiajie’s good reputation and popularity, enriching the connotation of “Improve Zhangjiajie; Build up the upgraded Zhangjiajie”, and making Zhangjiajie into an international famous travel resort.
The event is sponsored by Water Sports Management Office of General Administration of Sport of China and China Water Skiing Sports Association and organized by Hunan Sports Bureau and Zhangjiajie People’s Government; it is a large water sports contest that operated by Zhangjiajie Jiu long hui shui recreation World Co., Ltd.
