Taking “Splendid Xiaoxiang, Happy Changsha” as the topic, 2013 Hunan international travel festival was held in Hunan Province from September, 12th to October 29th.
Hunan province is known as a province full of travel resources and tourist industries. There are 2 world natural heritages Zhangjiajie and Lang Mountain. There are unique natural scenery like Heng Moutain and Dongting Lake. There are also human landscapes, Yuelu Academy, Shao Moutain and Fenghuang Ancient City. In recent years, Hunan made substantial progress in tourist industry, which makes it transit successfully from a province that is full of tourist resources to one full of tourist industries.
