Adil challenges high-wire walking above Aizhai canyon

Aizhai Bridge over Dehang canyon is the longest suspension bridge all over the world with a main span of 1176m. Its bridge towers about 350m above the ground and owns worldwide renown for creating four worlds first.

On sept.15th, the first International Base Jumping Festival in 2012 and Adil’s hire-wire walking challenge have made their debut on Aizhai Bridge—the world first suspension bridge in Jishou. Adil, known as China’s High-altitude king as well as the sixth descendant of “Dawazi” (means walking a tightrope in Uygur language) walks together with his two apprentices on a tightrope of 1432m and succeeds in two-times transposition, creating a world record for longest threesome high-wire walking.
