On the moring of Nov 18th, Journalist notices a busy scene in the construction site of Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Visitor Center: Several Grabs are excavating sands under the operation of artisians; shop trucks are orderly transporting to the outside after full of sands. Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Visitor Center was started at the end of Nov, 2013 and will be completed in Jan, 2015 with a total investment of 250 million RMB. It is one of the key projects in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan district.
As a suppoting construction project of Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Cultural Square, Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Visitor Center is located in the convergence zone of Suoxi River, Wulingyuan downtown and Liujiaxi. It covers a site area of 160,000 sq.m and an area of construction of 180,000 sq.m (Including one ground floor of 120,000 sq.m), and is constructed by Zhangjiajie Charming God Song Culture Co.,ltd and Zhangjiajie Image Wuling Properties Co.,ltd. It is reported body building of Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Visitor Center falls into three floors (Including one ground floor), and is equipped with comprehensive functions such as parking, shopping, leisure and vocation, which is built in line with the principle of “Nationalization, Ecologicalization and perfection”. The visitor center can hold 150 large and small vehicles and is connected with the underpass of Xiangxi Grand Theater; Besides it is furnished with some sites with strong local color, such as “Inspire Xiangxi” water sports arena, “Charming Hunan Embroidery” culture experience pavilion. At that time, traffic jam during the performance of Zhangjiajie·Charming Xiangxi will disappear, and a large-scale international travel and leisure high-end place emerges.
